1. Introduction

Welcome to Elipro Production ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at eli-production.com (the "Service") and all related services provided by Elipro Production.

3. Definitions

"Service" refers to the website and all related services provided by Elipro Production.
"User", "You", and "Your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

4. Services Provided

Elipro Production provides professional sound and lighting equipment rental, event planning, music production, and related services in Mauritius. The specific services and their detailed descriptions can be found on our Services page.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email.

Payment terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date
• For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking
• Additional charges may apply for extended hours, additional equipment, or services requested on the day

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: deposit is forfeited
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date: 50% of the total fee is payable
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date: 100% of the total fee is payable

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to eliprod.events@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

In accordance with the Copyright Act 2014 of Mauritius:

1. All Content on the Service is the property of Elipro Production or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:
   • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
   • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
   • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
3. If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

8. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling any forms on the Service
• Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service on a shared computer

• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elipro Production, its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
